THE WINE CELLARS The cellars are equipped with the most modern machinery for wine processing, refinment and bottling. The working potential is on average 2.500 tons of grapes, picked following a careful planning conceived for obtaining very well selected and well diffrentiated quality wines. Maturation in wooden barrels and stabilization and bottling processes are all performed within Terre Astesane cellars. The complete processing cycle always remains under the direct control of Terre Astesane, thus offering total guarantee of quality and reliability.
